Kate Winslet works the platinum blond bombshell look on the cover of the latest Vogue UK, in which she discusses her divorce from director Sam Mendes, her temporary move to Paris and her disinterest in discussing her body.

“I was a lot more voluptuous when I was younger,” Kate told the magazine. “I felt I had to defend my body, and took a very public stand, which I still absolutely believe in. But I’ve stopped talking about it now. And, at a certain point, it does become hypocritical.”

Winslet, whose miniseries Mildred Pierce debuts on HBO March 27, is primed to hit the promotional circuit in style with that new haircolor.
