Been wondering about all the hype over Blake Lively at Chanel? Well, after two dinners hosted by Karl Lagerfeld in her honor, Blake’s first ad campaign for the brand has been revealed.

The ads, shot by Lagerfeld himself, feature Blake, a mirror and a red Chanel Mademoiselle bag. The photos are simple but elegant, and Blake looks stunning. The pictures have an added oomph that’s hard to pinpoint but, if you look closely, you can see that reddish highlights were added to Blake’s hair. Overall, it’s a great first ad and we’re intrigued to see the rest of the campaign.
